Does anyone remember this? Heidi and I heard it on WERS the other night and couldn't breathe, we were laughing so hard. Then we found the video and laughed some more.
(I'm a bit apprehensive about embedding the Youtube version, since I have a feeling it will be confiscated soon, along with everything else on Youtube...stupid Viacom! You don't know what's good for you.)

The muppet critics remind me of the two older British actors on Slings and Arrows. Or rather, the pair of them reminded me of the muppets, since obviously I had seen the critics first.
I have never seen nor heard of this before. I have no context to put it in. What is it?
And what is going on with youtube? I don't understand. You need to give more context and clearer explanations on your blog.

anna: i like to keep people guessing, keeps them on their toes. this is from the muppet show. i vaguely recall it from childhood. also, in my last parantheses, i exaggerated to make a point. i don't think this video will actually be pulled from youtube, since viacom doesn't own it (i think), but i was expressing my frustration at the youtube raid i've now linked to in the original entry. i understand why they do it...but it's true something needs to be worked out between youtube and the big media conglomerates.
